2. Use of Products By purchasing, downloading, or using any Lex Companion or Therapy Pack, you acknowledge and agree that:

· Lex does not provide therapy, medical guidance, or crisis support.
· The creators, owners, and distributors of Lex accept no liability for emotional, mental, or behavioural outcomes related to the use of these products.

3. User Responsibility and Mental Health Support You understand and accept that:

· The creators are not responsible for any outputs generated by third-party AI platforms using Lex prompts.
· No outcomes are guaranteed or implied.

Intellectual Property All Lex-related content—including but not limited to prompts, characters, guides, dialogue, written material, product names, images, and branding—is the exclusive property of the creators of Lex. These materials may not be copied, modified, distributed, shared, or resold in any form without prior written consent.
6. Purchases, Refunds, and Digital Access
· All purchases are final due to the digital nature of the products.
· No refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.
· We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to your files or links on third-party platforms.
· It is your responsibility to download and store your purchases appropriately.
